Terms of Use

Terms governing educational use of the site, browser tools, intellectual property, availability and liability.

Effective: August 6, 2026

Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Stop using the site if you do not agree.

Educational use

Content and tools provide general educational information about enterprise integration. They are not architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, legal, privacy, compliance, accounting, procurement or vendor-selection advice for a particular environment.

No service relationship

Using the site does not create a client, consulting, professional, fiduciary or support relationship with WRS Web Solutions Inc. The publisher has no duty to review your architecture, calculations or decisions.

Tools and saved data

Tool results depend entirely on inputs and simplified assumptions. Validate them independently. The readiness checklist may store entries in your browser after Save is selected; you are responsible for the device, browser and any information you enter. Do not enter secrets, credentials, personal records or confidential project data.

Permitted use

You may read pages, use tools for lawful internal planning and print reasonable excerpts for personal or organisational reference. You may not scrape the site excessively, bypass security, interfere with operation, republish substantial portions, misrepresent authorship or use the site to develop harmful systems.

Third-party services

Advertising, linked references and hosting-related services may be provided by third parties under their own terms.

Availability and changes

Pages, tools and URLs may be changed, consolidated or removed. The site may be unavailable without notice. No promise is made that a particular guide, standard version or tool will remain available.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties. WRS Web Solutions Inc. is not liable for decisions, losses, outages, security incidents, compliance failures, data loss, project delay or other consequences arising from use of or reliance on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
